Delivery & Returns

Our delivery charge is £1.95 for small orders under £10 and £3.95 for orders over £10, We aim for delivery within 2-3 working days - we use a mixture of Hermes and Royal Mail.  This service covers 99% of the UK - if your address is not eligible for this service you will be informed as soon as possible after we have received your order.

All prices include VAT.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day, although this may vary from time to time.

Please note, we will email you if there are going to be any significant delays.

However if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days, providing the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging.  Please note items bought at sale price must be returned within 7 days for an exchange or refund. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is advisable to send the item by Recorded delivery for your own records. Once item is received at Two Woofs  we will e-mail within 3 working days of receipt.

Delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed.
